Functional Squat Test
TEKTONIC conducts a Functional Squat Test by utilizing a computerized Functional Squat leg press. This highly efficient testing method is used to determine the following key characteristics:
- Strength
- Endurance
- Coordination
- Proprioception (i.e. the ability to know where your body is in space, which is associated with improved hand and eye coordination)
- Reaction time
- Left versus right leg imbalances and percentage of how much difference
- If the athlete is in contact with plate surface just like the start and end of squatting, running and jumping

A Body Composition Analysis is conducted by utilizing air displacement technology measuring body density.
